For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for growing flowers and gardening year round. Now in my business I have been planting in others’ gardens with my motto: “No space too small to transform affordably.”
I listen carefully to each client’s needs and my priority is making your garden spaces unique and representative of your style, budget and families lifestyle. Kimberly Beber was born with a joy for being outdoors at an early age as a native Californian. Ever since she can remember, she’s had a passion for flowers and gardening with a long line of relatives all avid home gardeners. Assisting friends and family by removing intimidation of growing flowers in any size garden, by expressing their unique spaces individually, provided her with practical experience and has been the catalyst for Blooms & Blossoms.
Kim has devoted her spare time to expressing her love for gardening and creativity becoming more than just a hobby. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising from California State University, Northridge, and has over 25 years of gardening experience in her numerous and varied size dwellings starting in apartments using steps expanding to suburban landscaped gardening in native California.
“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.” – Rumi
For many years, Kim had managed committees while volunteering at Gamble Gardens for Spring Tours, Holiday Boutique and volunteered for ticket sales at Filoli. She designed and created at Juana Briones Elementary School an inviting outdoor classroom environment and Reading Garden adjacent to the entrance of the library. Also she created a 2nd grade class garden assisting the class to discover the pleasure of planting their own flowers and vegetables. Kim is also an avid collector of unusual vases and garden knick knacks. Kim lives in Redwood City, CA. When she is not gardening for clients or at home, she enjoys nature photography, gourmet cooking, yoga or entertaining friends.
